Chicken Broccoli Stir Fry
Ingredients
For Chicken
- Chicken breast 200g, sliced thin
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon White pepper
- 1/2 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Water
- 1/2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Blanch Vegetables
- Broccoli Florets & Sliced Carrot
For Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup warm Water mixed with 1 Chicken Stock cube
- 1 Tablespoons Dark Soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
For Stir Fry
- 1-2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Ginger Garlic
- The Prepared Sauce
- Fried Chicken and Veggies
Instructions
- Slice Boneless Chicken into thin strips. I used Chicken Breast but Boneless Thighs are also good.
- Marinate Chicken Strips with Baking Soda, Salt, White Pepper, Rice Vinegar, Cornstarch and Water. Mix Well. Add Vegetable Oil. Rest for 10-15 mins.
