These Chocolate chip Cookies are every chocolate loverโ€™s dream come true! Ever since i made these, it has become everyone’s favorite and gets over quickly.

Chewy outside but soft and gooey on the inside like a brownie, these cookies are such a delight. I promise you that once you make them, you will keep baking them regularly. They hardly take any effort and such an easy recipe to make especially for busy moms.

This recipe is a one bowl method where you can dump everything together in minutes. The ease of making this recipe which i like is the melted butter, no keeping it at room temperature no creaming etc so saves your time. Besides they take only 15mins to bake.

Using small Chocolate chunks instead of chocolate chip in the batter will give you the melted chocolate effect inside the cookies. I had only chocolate chips available so i used only chocolate chips.

Rich, chocolatey, moist, and tender, these cookies go perfectly with a tall glass of milk or dip them in a hot cup of tea/coffee and just enjoy the warmth of it. The texture and taste gets enhanced when they are dipped in hot beverages, i always prefer having any form of cookies in this way. They provide such a comfort. If you are not into the dipping thing, then i recommend just warming them slightly around 10-15secs on microwave to soften them up. But if you prefer crunchy just have them as it is.

Store these chocolate chip cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months. I tend to keep them in the non freezer section and they stay fresh for around 10 days. They tend to get over quickly, because it is seriously the Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe Ever!

  • The longer the dough rests the better the flavor and lesser spread. You can also scoop them out immediately and freeze them.ย I kept mine refrigerated for a day and scooped them onto the trays and flash freeze them in the freezer till stiff before bakingย them.

Notes

Donโ€™t use chips preferably, instead, opt for a mix of milk or semisweet and dark chocolate chunks. Let the dough rest overnight or longer for a more deeper flavor. Lastly, use an ice cream scooper to get even-sized cookies every time.
