Mini Chocolate Bars for Cake decorating

- Silicone Chocolate Mould
Ingredients
- 80g Dark Chocolate, chopped Or Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Chop the Dark Chocolate Bar into small pieces. Keep the Chocolate at Room temperature for easier chopping.
- Melt the Chocolate in the microwave for 30-45 secs or till melts. You can also melt using a Double Boiler Method. Mix Well till Smooth no lumps.
- Place few Edible Gold Sheets randomly on the chocolate mould to get a Golden look. Then pour the melted chocolate over them.
- Tap the Tray to make it settle evenly. Use a Toothpick to cover the spots. Add more chocolate if any gap.
- Use a Scraper to level out the chocolate. Clean the Edges.
- Freeze for30-60 Mins Or till firm. Demold the Chooclate .Clean the Edges
- Store them in a Parchment paper lined Airtight Container Refrigerated
