Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup | 170g Semolina
  • 1/2 Cup | 43g dessicated Coconut
  • 1/2 Cup |100g Fine Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Milk powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup | 120g whisked Yogurt, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup | 96g Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup | 118g Hot Milk
Sugar Syrup
  • 3/4 cup | 150g Fine Sugar
  • 1 Cup Hot Water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • Few Drops of Lemon juice

Equipment

  • 8*8 Inch Porcelain Pan

Method
 

  1. Bake in preheated oven 180C 35-40 Mins Or Till Golden
