1 Cup Breadcrumbs ( I used Panko but regular ok too)
Instructions
Trim the edges of the breads, Roll them flat, place a Cheese slice at the center, brush with the egg wash at the edges.
Place the sausage and roll them, press at the edges to seal.
Dip them in the egg wash then breadcrumbs. Fry them in oil till golden brown.
Coat all the Rolls and keep them for frying. These can be frozen at this point for 30mins-1 hr after which they can be stored airtight in the freezer for upto a month.
Serve hot with ketchup or Mayo.

Use Panko Breadcrumbs for a more crispy outer crust but regular breadcrumbs also works too. Freezing the coated bread rolls for 30mins before frying ensures that no breadcrumbs fall off while frying. After freezing, they get firm and can be stored airtight in the freezer for upto a month. Do not thaw before frying.
