Method
- Trim the edges of the slices of Bread. You can use any type of bread, i used whole wheat for a healthy option. Trimming the edges are optional.
- Place two slices on a Baking Tray lined with parchment paper. Apply Pizza Sauce and Grated Mozzarella Cheese. Cover this with another two slices like a sandwich.
- Repeat the Pizza Sauce and Grated Mozzarella Cheese. Place Veggies of your choice, i used Onion, Red & Green Bell Pepper diced into small bits mixed with a pinch of Salt. Top with more Mozzarella and sprinkle Parmesan Cheese, optional.
- Bake @230C/450F in a preheated oven for 10-12 mins or till the Cheese melts on top.
- Serve Hot after drizzling with bit of Olive Oil and Oregano, Basil & Red Chili Flakes. Bon Appetit 🍽️ 🥰

Notes
Tips: For Cheese to melt faster, keep it at room temperature after taking it out from the refrigerator. Use a good quality Mozzarella Cheese and Pizza sauce. I used Puck Mozzarella shredded Cheese and American Garden classic pizza sauce.
