Mix Chia Seeds with warm water well. Add Greek Yogurt and mix well. You can also use low fat milk instead. Ensure that all Chia Seeds are submerged so they can expand later.
Keep airtight refrigerated for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Top with strawberries and blueberries. Sweeten it with chopped dates and dried fig. A banana also helps to sweeten naturally. Soaked Almonds aids in digestion. Cinnamon powder helps in weight reduction.
Serve it either cold or warm. I like to microwave few seconds.This Chia pudding can be stored upto 5 days in the refrigerator
