1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda( or 1 Teaspoon Rice Flour, optional for crispiness )

Instructions
Cut Boneless Chicken into cubes of even size. Pat Dry after washing. Add Salt, Lemon juice, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander, Kashmiri Chili, Red Chili, Garam Masala and Yogurt. Mix Well. Marinate for atleast 20 Minutes or overnight refrigerated airtight.
Just before Frying, Add All Purpose Flour, Cornstarch, Baking Soda and Half of a Beaten Egg.
Cut some Onion, Red and Green Bell Peppers Cubes. Mix them with the marinade.
Insert into skewers alternating with the Chicken and the Veggies. Shallow fry till Golden brown on both sides on Low Heat. These can also be grilled in the Oven or barbecued. Brush with Oil while frying.
Serve them Hot with Rice or your favorite Chutney.

Use Boneless Chicken either Breast or Thighs. I used Chicken Breast.
