Marinate Boneless Chicken with Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, White Pepper and All Purpose Flour. Mix Well. Shape into Nuggets. Place them on a parchment paper lined tray. Freeze them for an hour or overnight.
Make Tempura Batter by mixing All Purpose Flour, Cornstarch, Salt, spices, Baking Powder, Soda, Egg and Ice Cold Water. Make a thin smooth batter with no lumps.
Coat the frozen nuggets in ice cold water then coat with all purpose flour.
Dip the flour coated nuggets in the Tempura Batter. Shake any Excess and Deep Fry in Vegetable Oil till Golden Brown. Do not Overcrowd, fry in small batches.
Once Golden brown on both sides, takes only few minutes, drain them on a cooling rack and serve hot with your favorite Ketchup.
