Method
- Mash either 2 medium sized ripe bananas or 4 baby Bananas till no lumps in a bowl. I used a masher but a fork also is fine.
- Add fine granulated Sugar, Oil, Whisked Egg and Vanilla Essence to the mashed bananas. Whisk everything well till the sugar almost dissolves.
- Place a Sieve on top and Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda and salt in two batches. Fold Gently till combined. Add 2 Tablespoon of hot milk and fold. Sift rest of the dry ingredients, add the chocolate chips and fold gently till combined. Add remaining 2 Tablespoon of Hot Milk and fold.
- Add the Vinegar at the end when you have prepared your baking Pan. Grease and line a 7 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Batter should not be too runny nor too thick. Top with few chocolate chips. Bake @170C in a preheated oven for 40-45mins or till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Due to chocolate chips the toothpick inserted might come out with some melted chocolate but there shouldn't be any wet batter.
- Brush with some melted butter once baked and let cool down for 30-40 mins before un molding. Tastes best the next day.
