Method
- Cut whole Rice Cake Slices into 15 pieces. Spread Peanut Butter on both the Sides.
- Melt the Dark Chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Add butter for Shine.
- Freeze the Rice Cakes on a parchment paper lined tray till the Peanut Butter sets for 15-20mins.
- Dip the Chilled Rice Cakes on the melted chocolate.
