Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Cakes

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Rice Cake Slices
  • 200g Dark Chocolate
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • Peanut Butter

Method
 

  1. Cut whole Rice Cake Slices into 15 pieces. Spread Peanut Butter on both the Sides.
  2. Melt the Dark Chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Add butter for Shine.
  3. Freeze the Rice Cakes on a parchment paper lined tray till the Peanut Butter sets for 15-20mins.
  4. Dip the Chilled Rice Cakes on the melted chocolate.
