1/2 Cup | 80g Mini Semi sweet Chocolate chips, optional
Chopped Nuts, for toppings optional
Instructions
Mash 3 medium size Ripe bananas in a bowl till no lumps. Add Honey, Egg, Coconut oil and Vanilla Essence. Whisk well.
Place a Sieve on top of the bowl. Add Whole Wheat Flour, Cocoa powder, Baking powder, Soda, Salt and Cinnamon powder. Sift together in two batches mixing well. Do not Overmix though. It's best to weigh all the ingredients using a Kitchen scale for perfect results.
Add Vinegar or Lemon juice. Add Mini Chocolate Chips and fold them gently into the batter. Fill till 3/4 th of the cupcake liners. Sprinkle with chopped nuts of your choice and chocolate chips.
Bake @180C in a preheated oven for 30-35 mins or till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let them cool for 10 mins in the pan before transferring them in a wire rack to cool completely.

Use Only Ripe bananas. They are easier to mash and will yield a good richer moister texture.
