Microwave Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tablespoon | 14g melted salted butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Tablespoon White Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon MilkĀ 
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Vanilla EssenceĀ 
  • 3 Tablespoon All purpose flour
  • Tiny pinch 1/16 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 Tablespoon chocolate chips or chunks

Method
 

  1. Mix melted Butter with the Brown and White Sugar till dissolves. Add Milk & Vanilla Essence for flavor.
  2. Add the flour with Baking Soda. Mix well to form a dough using a spatula. Add Chocolate Chips and fold them in.
  3. Form a smooth ball and flatten into a cookie shape. Top with more chocolate chips and place on a microwave safe plate.
  4. Microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds. The cookie might look soft upon touch but it will get firm as it cools down. Let it cool down for atleast 10mins. Do not Overbake else it will get very hard.
