Method
- Mix all the liquid ingredients first in a bowl, the warm water, sugar, yeast and oil. Then Sift in the Dry Ingredients, the flour and Salt. Whisk everything till a liquid dough forms.
- Rest the pizza after layering in a pan for 25-30mins.
- Bake @230C for 12 mins. Spread with pizza sauce, cheese and toppings of your choice.
- Bake @230C for another 11 mins or till cheese browns
