Split two medium sized Chicken Breast Fillets in the middle and cut into strips.
Add Salt, Black Pepper, Ginger Garlic Paste and Sesame Oil. Mix Well and Cover. Let it rest for 15-20 Mins.
Make a Spice Mix by mixing together Salt, Chinese Five Spices, White Pepper and freshly grounded Black Pepper. If you have Chicken Stock Powder then add it for a good flavor. I didn't have it so didn't add it in the video.
Coat the Chicken Strips in Corn flour. If you don't like it to have a crispy coating then apply lightly else coat it well. Deep Fry in Hot Oil till Golden brown in two batches so as not to overcrowd. I used Refined Sunflower Oil. Keep them aside to cool.
Sauté Minced Garlic, Chopped Ginger in Sesame oil. Add Spring Onions the white or light green stem part.
Add sliced onions and Bell peppers. Fry on High Heat for 2 Mins.
Add the Fried chicken, the Salt & Spice Mix and Vinegar.
Garnish with a lot of Spring Onions, Green part. Serve it Hot with plain steamed rice or fried rice. Bon Appetit!
