Watermelon Popsicles Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups heaped Chopped Watermelon, Deseeded
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar

Equipment

  • Popsicle Mold
  • Popsicle Sticks
  • Flat Tray

Method
 

  1. Chop around 2 Cups of Deseeded Watermelon into dices. Add Sugar.
  2. Blend well. If any seeds present, strain it out. Insert the popsicle sticks first in the molds to prevent any leakage. Pour into the popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze for 3-4 Hours or till firm. Once the top looks firm, Cover with a Cling Film to prevent ice crystals at the top surface.
