1 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour/Maida
  • 1.5 Tablespoon Sugar 
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened Cocoa powder ( I used Hersheys Special Dark)
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Baking Powder 
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoon Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence, optional 
  • Few Chocolate chips, optional 

Method
 

  1. Mix all the Dry Ingredients in a Microwave Safe Mug, the All purpose flour, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Baking powder and Salt.
  2. Add the Room temperature Milk, Oil and Vanilla Essence. Whisk till no lumps remain. The Batter should not be too Thick, Add bit of Milk if the batter looks too Thick.
  3. Fold in few chocolate chips optional but gives a great richer taste.
  4. Microwave for a minute. While still hot, place few Chocolate chips on top. Let it rest for a minute before serving.
