Take 2 Chicken breast fillets and slice in the middle to split each into two halves.
Apply Salt, Pepper, Garlic and Onion powder on both sides. Rub it well.
Pan Fry the fillets in Butter and Olive oil till golden brown on first side for 5 mins. Then flip over and cook the other side for 7-8 mins or till cooked through. Keep them aside.
In same pan, add some more butter and saute chopped onions till translucent for a minute. Then add thickly sliced mushrooms. Saute till golden brown on both sides.
Add minced garlic and saute for 30 secs on low heat. Add Lemon juice or plain vinegar.
Add salt and Chicken Stock. Let it simmer for 6-7 mins on low heat.
Add the Heavy Cream on Low Heat. Let it simmer for 5 mins.
Add grated Parmesan Cheese, dried Oregano and Thyme and Black Pepper
Add the Fried Chicken Fillets into the sauce and soak them.
Garnish with chopped Parsley and Spring onions.
