Method
- Mix minced chicken with Garlic, Onion, Black pepper, salt and sugar. Grease hands with oil and divide into four even sized patties. Place on a greased tray or parchment paper. Freeze for an hour or till gets firm enough.
- Make a Thin Batter by mixing all purpose flour, cornstarch, spices, baking powder, soda and salt, Add ice cold water bit by bit mixing well.
- Coat the frozen patties with Cornstarch and Dip into the thin batter and Deep fry till Golden in Hot Oil on Medium Heat.
