Bring Water to a Boiling Point first. Add Salt & Olive Oil. Once starts boiling add Dried Spaghetti. Once the spaghetti strings are fully immersed in the hot water, Cook on High Heat for 5 mins or according to your package instructions till Al Dente. Al Dente means slightly firm not too soft or mushy but cooked. I usually set a timer in my phone. Reserve half a cup of the pasta water and drain the spaghetti.
Saute finely chopped onions and carrots in olive oil. Add minced Garlic. Saute few seconds.
Add sliced Sausages and minced Chicken. Cook on high heat stirring continuously for 5-10 mins. Add Tomato paste and roughly sliced Tomatoes. Add sugar and salt. Cover cook on low heat for 10 mins till the Tomatoes soften.
Once Tomatoes soften, mash them remove the skins with Tongs, optional. Add oregano, thyme, black Pepper and paprika. Add pasta water and simmer for some time. Garnish with parmesan cheese and Parsley or basil leaves.
Serve hot over the cooked spaghetti. Bon Appetit 🍽️ 🥰
