Chicken Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 5 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Onion
- 2-3 Tablespoon Chopped Carrot
- 3 Big Garlic Cloves minced
- 2 Chicken Sausages, sliced (Optional)
- 250g minced Chicken
- 2 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 2 Big Tomatoes, roughly sliced
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Chicken Stock Cube, crumbled
- 1/2 Teaspoon dried Oregano
- 1/2 Teaspoon dried Thyme
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- Reserved 1/2 Cup of the Pasta Water
- 1-2 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 250g cooked spaghetti
To Cook Spaghetti till Al Dente (5 mins)
- 5 Cups of Hot Boiling Water
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- 250g dried Spaghetti(I used Barilla)
To Garnish
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Parsley
Instructions
- Bring Water to a Boiling Point first. Add Salt & Olive Oil. Once starts boiling add Dried Spaghetti. Once fully immersed, Cook on High Heat for 5 mins or according to your package instructions till Al Dente.
