Instructions
Cut the Bread slices into triangles. Mix all the ingredients together in a wide mouthed bowl untill well combined. Use a whisk or a fork for mixing.
Heat butter and Oil together in a non stick pan. Coat the pan evenly with the butter.Dip the bread slices one by one turning both sides, shake off excess and gently put in the heated pan. Keep flame on low always.
Fry till golden brown on both sides, add more butter if the pan gets dry.
