- Cut two Ripe Sweet Mangoes into cubes. Arrange the pieces in a single layer on a freezer safe bag and place in the freezer until solid (3-5 hours). Once frozen, they can be stored in the freezer for upto 6 to 12 months. Slice a Ripe Banana and freeze in an airtight bag till frozen for a few hours.
- In a Blender, Place the Greek Yogurt followed by half of the frozen mangoes and frozen bananas. Blend till smooth stirring in between with a spatula.Once smooth, add the remaining frozen fruits and blend till smooth. If you are using a food processor, all the frozen cubes can be blended together.
- Spread the mixture into an airtight chilled container, smooth the top, and freeze for 4-5 hours till it becomes scoop able.

Notes
Keep the frozen mango chunks on the counter for 5 mins for easy blending. But do not keep more than 5 mins else they will melt into water which can make the Ice Cream icy. Use a Blender with strong blades and high Power. Blend in small batches stirring the mixture between each batch.
