Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 Cup | 150g All Purpose Flour 
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon | 6g Baking powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2/3 Cup | 150g Unsalted Butter, at room temperature 
  • 3/4 Cup | 150g Fine Sugar, powdered 
  • 150g | 3 Large Eggs, at room temp (measure without shells)
  • 1 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence 
  • 4 Tablespoon Milk , full fat (at room temp)

Method
 

  1. Bake@180C preheated oven in a 7 inch pan 50-55mins or till a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean
