Mango Popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Cup Mangoes diced (pulp of 3 average sized ripe mangoes)
  • 2 Tbsp Honey or Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Greek Yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Chop 3 Ripe Mangoes Pulp into dices. Scoop out 1 1/2 Cup Diced Mangoes into a blender. 
  • Add Honey or Sugar. Add plain Greek Yogurt or you can add hung Curd/Milk/Cream instead but texture is best with Greek yogurt, becomes creamier.
  • Blend into a smooth puree. Do not add water. Pour into the popsicle moulds. Makes 4 standard Sized Popsicles.
  • Tap the tray a few times to avoid any air bubbles. Insert the popsicle sticks only after pouring the puree. Freeze for 3 hours or till firm. If keeping for longer time, cover the surface with a cling wrap to avoid ice crystals.
