Indulge in these Creamy Mango Popsicles made with no sugar and no milk – just plain yogurt! These healthy popsicles are the perfect guilt-free treat for a hot summer day.
Made with only three ingredients, these mango popsicles are so easy to make. Ready within 3 hours, they hardly take much time. Made with mostly the pulp and a bit of plain Greek yogurt, these popsicles have a creamy bite.
Honey makes them more creamier though it is optional as mangoes are already naturally sweet but to balance the tang from the Greek yogurt, a little bit of honey or sugar or any sweetener of your choice can be added. Maple Syrup also can be added instead.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Mangoes diced (pulp of 3 average sized ripe mangoes)
- 2 Tbsp Honey or Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Greek Yogurt
Instructions
- Chop 3 Ripe Mangoes Pulp into dices. Scoop out 1 1/2 Cup Diced Mangoes into a blender.ย
- Add Honey or Sugar. Add plain Greek Yogurt or you can add hung Curd/Milk/Cream instead but texture is best with Greek yogurt, becomes creamier.
- Blend into a smooth puree. Do not add water. Pour into the popsicle moulds. Makes 4 standard Sized Popsicles.
- Tap the tray a few times to avoid any air bubbles. Insert the popsicle sticks only after pouring the puree. Freeze for 3 hours or till firm. If keeping for longer time, cover the surface with a cling wrap to avoid ice crystals.
