Watermelon Popsicles are so addictive be it grown-ups or kids. These Ice Pops are so easy to make and gets ready in an hour. Healthy Fruit Popsicles are the best to beat the summer heat this year. I make these every year repeatedly on high demand by my kids.

Watermelon Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Chopped Watermelon, Deseeded
  • 1 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  • Chop around 2 Cups of Deseeded Watermelon into dices. Add Lemon juice and Sugar.

  • Blend well. If any seeds present, strain it out. Insert the popsicle sticks first. Pour into the popsicle moulds.

  • Freeze for 60-90 Mins or till firm.

Notes

If Keeping for a longer time in the freezer, Cover with a Cling Film to prevent ice crystals at the top surface.
Use the Sugar as per the sweetness of your watermelon
