Perfect Vanilla Sponge Cake
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Cup | 150g All Purpose FlourΒ
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon | 6g Baking powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 2/3 Cup | 150g Unsalted Butter, at room temperatureΒ
- 3/4 Cup | 150g Fine Sugar, powderedΒ
- 150g | 3 Large Eggs, at room temp (measure without shells)
- 1 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla EssenceΒ
- 4 Tablespoon Milk , full fat (at room temp)
Instructions
- Bake@180C preheated oven in a 7 inch pan 50-55mins or till a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean
