Loaded with Protein, Fiber and Healthy Fats, this No Sugar Chia Pudding Recipe is so creamy and satisfying keeping you full for a long time while aiding in weight loss.

Chia seeds are rich in nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, protein, and antioxidants. They can aid in digestion, help regulate blood sugar levels, and contribute to feelings of fullness.

Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Warm Water( Or Low fat Milk)
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt ( I used Low Fat)

Toppings

  • Chopped Strawberry & Blueberry
  • 2 Chopped Dates & 1 Dried Fig
  • 1 small Banana, sliced
  • 3-4 Soaked Almonds
  • Pinch of Cinnamon powder

Instructions

  • Mix Chia Seeds with warm water well. Add Greek Yogurt and mix well. You can also use low fat milk instead. Ensure that all Chia Seeds are submerged so they can expand later.
  • Keep airtight refrigerated for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Top with strawberries and blueberries. Sweeten it with chopped dates and dried fig. A banana also helps to sweeten naturally. Soaked Almonds aids in digestion. Cinnamon powder helps in weight reduction.
  • Serve it either cold or warm. I like to microwave few seconds.This Chia pudding can be stored upto 5 days in the refrigerator
