This Easy Healthy and Delicious Chicken Tortilla wrap Recipe for lunch, dinner or snack will aid in weight loss due to the high protein low carb Chicken Breast meat used with minimal spices lightly fried in healthy olive oil. Make Sure to combine with veggies like Onions, Tomatoes and Some greens like Rocket leaves or Lettuce.

Chicken Tortilla Wrap


  • 350gm | 3 Chicken Breast Fillets cut into strips
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Mincedย 
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tsp Paprika / Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1 Tsp Onion powderย 
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • Extra Virgin Olive oil to fry


  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 Tsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Parsley

To Assemble

  • Tortilla Wrap
  • Rocket Leaves/ Shredded Lettuce
  • Onion Tomato slices
  • Wrap Sauce
  • Grilled Chicken pieces


  • Cut the boneless chicken breast fillets into long strips. I used 3 medium sized chicken breast fillets.
  • MIx salt, minced Garlic, Paprika, Onion powder, Black Pepper, Lemon Juice and Oregano with the chicken.
  • Brush a pan with olive oil. Do not add too much oil else the chicken will get crispy and oily. Fry the chicken pieces till golden brown on low heat for about 6-8 mins each side. Keep them aside.
  • Make a Wrap Sauce by mixing Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Sriracha sauce, Onion powder and Parsley. To keep it healthy you can replace the Mayonnaise with plain Greek Yogurt.
  • Assemble the Wrap by placing a Tortilla Wrap. Use a Whole Grain Tortilla to keep it healthy. Place Rocket leaves, Grilled chicken, Onion Tomato Slices and the wrap sauce. Fold the wrap from the sides and then wrap the other two sides. Make it round. Slice it in the middle and serve it with your sauce. You can toast the wrap in a pan if you like it crispy.



To further cut the calories, use a Whole grain Tortilla Wrap and Use plain Greek Yogurt instead of Mayonnaise with Sriracha sauce.
After frying the chicken pieces, keep them on a tissue to take away any extra oil on them. Also during frying, use as little oil as possible. If it gets dry splash some drops of water and cover cook to steam cook. This way it keeps the meat juicy and you get to use less oil.
