Juicy Tender Boneless Chicken Breast Cubes marinated in Yogurt and spices, lightly coated with Cornstarch, All purpose flour and Egg. These Succulent Chicken Kebabs/Kababs are not only easy to make but they also tastes and looks fantastic either at Ramadan Iftar party or just as an appetizer.

Chicken Kebab Recipe | Chicken Skewers
Ingredients
- 250gm Boneless Chicken Breast cubes
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
- 2 Tablespoon Yogurt/Thick Curd
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Chili powder
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chili powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garam masala ( or Tandoori masala)
Just before Frying
- 1 Tablespoon All purpose Flour/Maida
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda ( or 1 Teaspoon Rice Flour, optional for crispiness )
- Half of a beaten Egg
Instructions
- Cut Boneless Chicken into cubes of even size. Pat Dry after washing. Add Salt, Lemon juice, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander, Kashmiri Chili, Red Chili, Garam Masala and Yogurt. Mix Well. Marinate for atleast 20 Minutes or overnight refrigerated airtight.
- Just before Frying, Add All Purpose Flour, Cornstarch, Baking Soda and Half of a Beaten Egg.
- Cut some Onion, Red and Green Bell Peppers Cubes. Mix them with the marinade.
- Insert into skewers alternating with the Chicken and the Veggies. Shallow fry till Golden brown on both sides on Low Heat. These can also be grilled in the Oven or barbecued. Brush with Oil while frying.
- Serve them Hot with Rice or your favorite Chutney.
