Chocolate Oats No Sugar
Ingredients
To Soak Overnight
- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 2 Teaspoon Cocoa powder
- 1/2 Cup Low fat Milk
Healthy Toppings
- 2 small Ripe Bananas, mashed
- 2 Chopped Dates
- 2 Chopped Strawberries
- 4 Chopped Almonds
- Sliced Bananas
Instructions
- Mix Rolled Oats with Cocoa Powder and Low fat milk in a bowl. Mix Well. Keep Refrigerated Overnight Airtight.
- Mash two small ripe bananas well. Add this to the overnight Oats.
- Top with Sliced Bananas, Chopped Dates, Strawberries and Almonds.
