Crispy Chicken Nuggets breaded using Flour, Eggs and Breadcrumbs. These Nuggets are so easy to make and can be frozen upto two months for a quick snack be it in your kids lunch box or as a quick snack.

Crispy Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
To Marinate
- 250g Boneless chicken, minced
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 Teaspoon White Vinegar/Lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoon Breadcrumbs
Dry Coating
- 4-5 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour/Maida
Wet Coating
- 2 Eggs
- Salt to taste
Breadcrumbs Coating
- 1 Cup | 50g Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Pat Dry the Minced Chicken. Mix Salt, Spices, Vinegar and Breadcrumbs. Mix everything well.
- Grease your hands with Oil and shape as desired. Make Smoothย balls first, then flatten evenly. Transfer into a greased or parchment paper lined tray. I made around 15 Nuggets.
- Coat all the nuggets with flour well. Shake off any excess flour and place them back into the tray.
- Dip them into the Egg Wash completely, shake any excess and Coat with the seasoned breadcrumbs. Place them back into the tray and freeze for 45 mins or till firm.
- Once firm, Deep fry in Vegetable Oil till Golden brown on both sides on medium heat. Takes only few minutes. These can be stored in an airtight container or freezer safe bags in the freezer for upto two months and fried when required. Do not Thaw.ย

Tip: You can either use minced Chicken Breast for this recipe or Chicken Thighs if you need juicier chicken.
Freezing the Coated Nuggets before frying helps in keeping the coating intact and gives a crunchy bite. Do not Thaw after freezing, fry straight away.
