Ingredients
- 1 Cup | 125g All-purpose flour
- 2 Teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/8 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoon melted Butter/Oil
- 2 Tablespoon Fine/Caster Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1/2 Cup | 118g Milk, room temp
Instructions
- Sift together the Flour, Baking powder, Soda, Salt in a Bowl. Mix well.
